Helpful Tips on Getting Around the Site!
Want to find the product you're looking for quickly?
Search for a product by entering the Product Code or Description in the space beside the "Search" button at the top of the page.

When I'm in the Shop section, why doesn't the flyout menu disappear when I want it to?
Simply glide your computer mouse over the flyout menu and slide off it, then it will disappear.

Where can I click to navigate around Shop?
In the Shop section, you can click on the main menu categories on the left to access the subcategories, or proceed directly to the subcategories by clicking on the links on the flyout menus. Thereafter, besides the main menu and flyouts, you may also click on the small text links at the top to navigate around Shop.

Is there more information on Gilders Paste or Vinyl Handrail Covering?
Yes. When you're in the Shop section, if you click on the Gilders Paste or Vinyl Handrail Covering links on the main menu categories on the left, you will find more useful background information on the products such as product description, uses and applications, etc.

Is there more information on D&D Technologies products?
Yes. Once you're in the Shop section, if you click on Gate Hardware and then D&D Technologies, you will find the list of D&D Technologies products that we carry. Upon clicking on the individual items, there is a link under "Notes" where you can view further details on each D&D Technologies product. Alternatively, you can view the details of the various D&D Technologies products by clicking
here.

Is there more information on PVC Wicker Furniture products?
Yes. Once you're in the Shop section, if you click on Patio Furniture and then PVC Wicker Furniture, you will find the different series of products that we carry. Upon clicking on the individual series and then the individual items, there are further details under "Notes" (and a larger version of the image, if applicable) of each product. You can also view the colour and fabric samples

Is there more information on Pre-finished Balusters & Accessories?
Yes. Once you're in the Shop section, if you click on Pre-finished Balusters & Access.'s, you will find the different styles of products that we carry for Pre-finished Balusters & Accessories. Upon clicking on either Pre-finished Balusters or Pre-finished Accessories and then the individual items, there are further details under "Notes" indicating the colour availability of each product. Is there more information on Abrasives?
Yes. Once you're in the Shop section, if you click on Abrasives & Supplies, you will find the different types of products that we carry. Upon clicking on the Cut Off Wheels as well as Grinding Wheels categories and then the individual items, there are further details under "Notes" detailing the correct storage, incorrect handling, and correct handling of abrasives. Shopping Cart Inquiries
How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
Simply enter 0 in the Quantity box and click on the "Update Quantity" button. Those items will be deleted.

I have clicked on the "Checkout" button in my shopping cart, but I want to make a change to my order before finalizing my purchase, what do I do?
If you have not clicked on the "Purchase" button to complete your order, you can make any changes to the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Make Changes" button below your list of items. You can also click on the Cart icon at the top of the page to make any changes.

I made an update to my Profile after I clicked on the "Checkout" button in my shopping cart, how do I get back to my Checkout page to finalize my purchase?
After updating your Profile, you will see a "Checkout" button at the top of your Profile. Simply click that button and it will bring you back to the Checkout page. Alternatively, you can click on the Cart icon at the top of the page to return to the Checkout page.

I have some special instructions that I'd like to provide along with my purchase, where can I do this?
You can include any additional information or special instructions in the paragraph field located below your Profile summary on the Checkout page of your shopping cart. Simply type in your special instructions before clicking on the "Purchase" button to finalize your order.

How do I sign up at this site?
Simply click on the Login link located at the top right-hand corner of the page and fill in the necessary information to sign up for an account.

I forgot my account username and/or password, what do I do?
Go to our Login page and click on the Forgot your Password? link. Enter the e-mail address that you had initially used to sign up for your account and click on the "Reset Password" button. Your Username and a randomly generated Password will be sent to your e-mail address. You can then access your account using the provided information. You will most likely want to change the Password to something that you will remember, and you can do so by clicking on the Change your password link. Then enter your Username, Old Password (the randomly generated one you received in the e-mail), and New Password (one that you just came up with). I have problems signing up at this site, what do I do?
Make sure that your Username and Password are at least 3 and 6 characters in length respectively, and no longer than 16 characters. Do not include any spaces or special symbols in your Username or Password. In addition, the e-mail address that you provide must be valid. If you are still experiencing problems with signing up, please contact Lisa Tang, our website administrator, at lisa@euroforgings.com.

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders for stocked material received by 11:00am (Eastern Standard Time) are generally shipped on the same or next day. They are shipped as soon as possible thereafter. Customers shall be notified of non-stock items and an ETA. We also have our own Company delivery truck in the GTA. Orders received by 4:00pm (EST) may receive orders in 48 hours pending material is in stock. Orders received after this time may be scheduled for delivery between 2 to 3 days. We accept no liability for unavoidable delays.

How are the products shipped?
We ship Purolator, UPS, and Transport. If you would like to use another shipping company, please provide all the details to a Customer Service Representative upon placing your order via phone, fax, e-mail, our website, or directly at our warehouse.

Is there a Minimum Order?
Yes, our Minimum Order is $25.00, exclusive of freight, packaging costs, and taxes. However, there is no Minimum Order when paying by Credit Card or Cash.

Why don't the Conversion Calculator and Currency Calculator work for me?
If you have a pop-up blocker on your web browser, it might be preventing the Conversion and Currency Calculators from popping up. Disable the pop-up blocker for our website by adding www.alkuplastics.com and www.euroforgings.com to your list of safe sites to visit.

The Conversion Calculator displays decimals, how about fractions?
You can access an Imperial Fractions Chart after clicking on the Conversion Calculator, which provides the fractions in inches for some common measurements in millimetres.

I signed up for the mailing list, why am I not receiving any e-mails?
Perhaps our e-mails to you have ended up in your "Bulk" mail folder where your junk mail or spam is usually stored because it is not yet a recognized e-mail address for your e-mail account. You can try checking if our e-mails are indeed in your "Bulk" mail folder. If so, please add our e-mail address: subscribe@euroforgings.com to your "safe list" of e-mail addresses and future e-mails should end up directly in your inbox.
